LaToya is CASYM’s dynamic President. With a Master's degree in Business Administration and another in Science Education, she brings a wealth of expertise and passion to her role. With six years of dedicated teaching experience, she's a natural at nurturing young talent. As a former youth member of CASYM, she leads with a unique blend of professionalism and youthful energy, guiding our group toward new heights while fostering a warm and supportive community. With her leadership, our organization shines brighter than ever.
Tamara J. ARCHER,
VICE PRESIDENT, CREATIVE
Meet Tamara, the creative head shaping the artistic landscape at CASYM, Inc. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and a Master's in Design Management, she brings a wealth of expertise to the table. With entrepreneurial ventures in architectural design under her belt, she blends creativity with business acumen. As Vice President of Creative Direction, she channels her passion into fostering inspiring artistic experiences and educational resources for the next generation of CASYM.
DR. MICHELLE J. WILLIAMS,
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Michelle is the Executive Director of CASYM, Inc. Holding a Master’s in General and Special Education, as well as a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, she has spent over two decades committed to nurturing the youth in Crown Heights. Michelle has made it her mission to help give back to the community by fostering the development of Caribbean culture in public schools both locally and abroad. Having been a long-standing member of CASYM, serving in multiple roles as a youth, Michelle is dedicated to the development of the organization under the vision of its amazing founder Mr. William T. Jones, to an organization where her children and the children of past members can develop life long friendships like she did.
CURTIS LYNCH,
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Curtis Lynch, a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience, has been an integral part of the CASYM steel orchestra since 1991. A proud Medgar Evers College alumnus, Curtis brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his role as Program Director. His deep commitment to promoting the arts and fostering excellence within the organization is evident in his enthusiastic approach. Curtis is honored and thrilled to have the opportunity to lead CASYM toward continued success and is eager to leverage his skills to further elevate the orchestra's impact in the community.
